WE PRODUCE ALL THREE

Founded in 2011 and based in the historic district of Comfort, Texas along the Texas Wine Trail, we produce our Hill Country Heritage Cuisine™ rich with flavors and ingredients that are inherent to the central and south Texas region bursting with healthful ancient ingredients and spices derived from the rich cultural heritage of Spain, France, Germany, and Mexico that settled the Hill Country region.

FRESH, LOCAL, AUTHENTIC, HEALTHY & FULL OF FLAVOR

We cook in cast iron, and, with fire and local wood. Most of our offerings are naturally gluten-free and non-processed. Our retail products; local take-away and delivery service; and, specialty Hill Country in a Box™ options can be ordered Online or by phone.

WE LOVE TO ENTERTAIN & FEED PEOPLE’S BELLIES & SOULS

We own and operate The Comfort Supper Club™ and The Comfort Cabaret™ and provide culinary and entertainment services for events, ranches, hotels, dance halls, media platforms, and wherever there is an event waiting to happen.

Our founder and native-Texan, Ceslie Armstrong, is an award-winning journalist and producer. She learned to cook at a very young age alongside her southern-raised grandmother and classically French trained Mexican aunt. She cooked and sang for her supper to get through college. Ask her what she does now and you’ll hear, “I make food and entertainment that makes people feel good!”
